How to cook with beef tallow

Step 1: Coat the pan

Add 1–2 tablespoons of beef tallow to a pan or skillet. Heat it over medium to medium-high heat, letting it fully melt.

Step 2: Prep your ingredients

Ensure your ingredients are patted dry to prevent splattering. Season or prepare them as you normally would.

Step 3: Get cooking

Once the tallow is hot and shimmering, add your ingredients to the pan.

Step 4: Strain and store
